Effective July 5, 2026
These are the terms for using Continued Practice. They are short on purpose — this is a small community service, and we want you to actually read them.
Continued Practice suggests practice partners to members of a practice community, by email, at the rhythm you choose. We ask you and your suggested partner privately first, and introduce you only if you both say yes. You approve every introduction.
Practice sessions are peer exchanges between community members. They are not therapy, counseling, medical care, or a substitute for any of those. Your practice partners are peers, not your healthcare providers.
You are responsible for your own wellbeing in a session. You may pause or end any session at any time, for any reason, without explanation. If a session ever feels wrong, please tell us — reply to any of our emails; we read every reply.
Adults (18+) who are part of an invited practice community. Signing up means the information you share is accurate and yours to share.
Be kind and respectful in sessions and in email. Show up when you have agreed to a time, or say so early. Treat what partners share in a session as confidential. Use partners' contact details only for arranging practice — never for solicitation, marketing, or anything they did not agree to.
We may pause or remove a membership if these expectations are not met.
We do our honest best to suggest partners who fit the preferences you gave us, and workable times, but we cannot guarantee a match every week, a particular partner, or any outcome from a session. The service is provided as-is, and we may change or discontinue it.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Continued Practice and the people who run it are not liable for what takes place in sessions between participants. The service is currently free; our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us — which is nothing.
Reply “delete me” to any of our emails and your participation and data are removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
If these terms change in a meaningful way, we will email you. Questions: reply to any email from us.
The practice continues.
